Shipping Policy
At Yuta Art Studio, every order is printed on demand and carefully prepared before shipping. Production location and delivery time may vary depending on the selected material, size, and shipping destination.
1. Order Processing
All products are made to order.
- Production time: 3–5 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States
- Paper Prints: 3–8 business days
- Ready-to-Hang Canvas: 3–8 business days
- Canvas Roll (ships from Europe): 7–14 business days
European Union
- Paper Prints: 3–10 business days
- Canvas Roll: 3–10 business days
- Ready-to-Hang Canvas: available for shipping within the United States only.
United Kingdom, Switzerland & Norway
- Paper Prints & Canvas Roll: 5–14 business days
Canada
- Paper Prints & Canvas Roll: 10–30 business days
Australia, Japan & Other International Destinations
- Paper Prints & Canvas Roll: 10–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.
3. International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide to most destinations.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at yutaartstudio123@gmail.com.
While we will gladly assist in locating your shipment, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier are considered successfully delivered.
5. Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may require an additional shipping charge for reshipment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
