Processing Time
At our store, we take pride in ensuring that each order is carefully processed before shipping. Our standard processing time is 2-5 business days, which includes order verification, product manufacturing, quality checks, secure packaging, and dispatch. Please note that this processing period is separate from the shipping time and should be factored in when estimating your total delivery timeframe.
Packaging
We send paper prints and rolled canvases in sturdy postal tubes—unframed and unstretched. For rolled canvases, we additionally leave technical margins to facilitate easy stretching onto a frame. Please ensure that the size of the frame corresponds to the size of your ordered canvas. All products are carefully packed before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
For customers in the USA, we also offer gallery-wrapped canvas prints, professionally stretched over 1.25-inch thick wooden stretcher bars and delivered ready to hang. These canvases are carefully protected with a durable protective film during transit to help ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping Options
We offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs and preferences. You can choose from the following methods at checkout:
-Standard Postal Service – For international deliveries, we always select the fastest available shipping solution for your destination. Depending on your country and local carrier network, this may include services provided through the Universal Postal Union (UPU) as well as trusted courier companies such as DHL, UPS, DPD, Amazon Logistics, UniUni, and other reliable regional delivery partners. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
-FedEx Economy – A balance between cost and speed, providing quicker delivery at an affordable rate.
-FedEx Express – The fastest shipping method for urgent orders, ensuring your package arrives as soon as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
All international orders are shipped via the fastest available express shipping service within the shipping method selected at checkout. The estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination country. Below is a general guideline for delivery estimates:
-European Union: 5-10 business days
-United States 3-5 business days
-Rest of the World: 7-14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on external factors such as local postal services, customs processing, and unforeseen disruptions.
Seasonal Delays
During high-demand seasons, such as holiday periods and major shopping events, shipping carriers may experience a surge in shipments. This may lead to longer transit times than usual. While we do our best to ensure timely dispatch, delays caused by shipping carriers are beyond our control. If you're placing an order during a peak season, we recommend allowing extra time for delivery to avoid any inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
Customs & Import Regulations
International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause additional delays beyond our estimated shipping timeframes. Customs processing times vary by country, and any fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs inspections or any additional charges that may apply. We advise checking with your local customs office for more information regarding import regulations before placing your order.
Import Duties and Customs Fees
For all orders shipped to the United States, applicable import duties and customs fees are paid in advance by us. You will therefore not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.
For shipments to all other countries, import duties, customs fees, taxes, or handling charges may be payable upon delivery. These charges are determined and collected by the customs authorities or delivery carrier in the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
