Refund policy

At Yuta Art Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that all products are quality checked and printed to order, specifically for you, guaranteeing the correct size and high-quality printing.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy if the item was damaged during delivery or sent by mistake. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—It must be undamaged, unused.

Important Note: We do not accept returns for items that are returned due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, or colors.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery . If you notice that the packaging is damaged, you must refuse to accept the package. Accepting a damaged package means the buyer agrees to the condition of the item and waives the right to a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

We only accept exchanges for defective items or those sent by mistake.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused. Refunds are processed after the item is returned and received by the seller. 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, letting you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
